We had Josh's folks over for MLK Day. Josh made steak and had his fill of all things carnal...you know how he loves meat! But in honor of MLK Day...and as part of our homeschooling experience, we decided to dream a little. First, we read a wonderful book about MLK..."Martin's Big Words". It was all about how he used the power of words to help change the world. We talked about how his life can teach us all to "dream the impossible dream"...to aim high and think big, etc. Levi read us a portion of his famous speech. (some big words to tackle- he amazed us all, as usual) Then we each made a dream cloud to represent our personal dreams...adults included. It was a lot of fun!
